2+ years of military experience in communications or a related technical field, 2+ years in an accredited technical training program with at least 1 year of experience in communications or a related field, or 2+ years of experience in communications or a related technical field. Overview:

BlueWater Federal is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support DISA operations in the Columbus, OH area.  The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for initial customer interactions and follow through of service orders.

Responsibilities:

• Initial customer interactions and follow through of service orders.
• Enter the service request details into DISA Storefront (DSF) to initiate a telecommunications service request.
• Perform customer interaction with exceptional service before/after DISA Storefront (DSF) entry.
• Engage with the customer to provide assistance if the service request is incomplete or requirements are unclear.

Qualifications:

• An active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one.
• 2+ years of military experience in communications or a related technical field, 2+ years in an accredited technical training program with at least 1 year of experience in communications or a related field, or 2+ years of experience in communications or a related technical field.
• Must be able to work the swing shift (2pm-10pm)
