Network Admin

This role is responsible for maintaining the organization's network, server, and security infrastructure to ensure high availability, reliability, and performance. Administer and maintain enterprise network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, and cloud networking.

Job Description:
Our client is seeking an experienced Network Administrator to support enterprise IT infrastructure across multiple domestic and international locations. This role is responsible for maintaining the organization's network, server, and security infrastructure to ensure high availability, reliability, and performance.
The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in enterprise networking, systems administration, and network security, with the ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and support both office and manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Network Administration
• Administer and maintain enterprise network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, and cloud networking
• Configure and support routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networking technologies
• Support Azure networking and cloud connectivity
• Monitor network performance, availability, and capacity across multiple locations
• Provide advanced troubleshooting for wired and wireless network issues
• Maintain network documentation and configuration standards
• Network Security
• Administer enterprise firewalls, VPNs, web proxy, and network access control solutions
• Support intrusion prevention and network security monitoring tools
• Implement and maintain secure network configurations and access controls
• Assist with security policy implementation and compliance initiatives
• Monitor and respond to network security events
• Systems Administration
• Support Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DHCP, file servers, and enterprise infrastructure services
• Maintain on-premises and cloud-connected server environments
• Perform system updates, patching, and routine maintenance
• Collaborate with cloud infrastructure teams to support hybrid environments
• Infrastructure Projects
• Participate in enterprise infrastructure and security projects
• Work closely with local and remote IT teams to support business operations
• Assist with technology upgrades, deployments, and infrastructure improvements
• Contribute to process documentation and operational best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
• Experience supporting enterprise network infrastructure
• Strong knowledge of routing and switching technologies
• Hands-on experience with VPNs, firewalls, network access control, and web proxy solutions
• Experience administering Windows Server, Active Directory, DHCP, and related infrastructure services
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work onsite and support multiple locations

Preferred Technical Skills:
Experience with one or more of the following:

• Cisco networking technologies
• Fortinet firewalls and VPN solutions
• Azure Networking
• Wireless networking
• Windows Server
• Active Directory
• Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM)
• Network monitoring and troubleshooting tools
• Enterprise security technologies including:
• Firewalls
• VPN
• NAC
• IDS/IPS
• Web Proxy
• AWS or hybrid cloud environments

Preferred Qualifications:

• Industry certifications such as:
• CCNA
• CCNP
• Fortinet NSE
• Azure Network Engineer
• Equivalent networking certifications
• Experience supporting manufacturing or enterprise environments
• Familiarity with hybrid cloud infrastructure
• Bilingual English/Korean is a plus but not required
