We are seeking a Netskope Security Architect to lead the strategy, architecture, and evolution of the organization's Secure Service Edge (SSE), SASE, Zero Trust, and cloud security capabilities. The ideal candidate is passionate about modern security architectures, cloud adoption, AI governance, and enabling secure digital experiences at enterprise scale.

  Netskope Security Architect

• Location: Preferred Austin, TX | Open to Remote Candidates Located in Texas or Arizona
• Compensation: Up to $100/hour, depending on experience
• Employment Type: Contract / Contract-to-Hire (depending on business needs and candidate preference)
• Work Authorization: Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Netskope Security Architect to lead the strategy, architecture, and evolution of the organization's Secure Service Edge (SSE), SASE, Zero Trust, and cloud security capabilities.

This individual will serve as the technical authority for Netskope technologies and help drive security transformation across a complex SaaS environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about modern security architectures, cloud adoption, AI governance, and enabling secure digital experiences at enterprise scale.
What You'll Do

• Own the strategic direction and architecture of the Netskope platform.
• Design and implement enterprise-scale SSE/SASE solutions.
• Lead deployment and optimization of:
  • Netskope CASB
  • Secure Web Gateway (SWG)
  • Private Access (ZTNA)
  • Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
  • AI Security and Governance
  • Firewall as a Service (FWaaS)
• Drive Zero Trust initiatives and modernize remote access capabilities.
• Partner closely with Cloud, Infrastructure, Networking, Security Operations, and Identity teams.
• Develop security standards, reference architectures, and best practices.
• Integrate Netskope with Microsoft security technologies, SIEM platforms, identity providers, and endpoint security solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and architectural guidance across multiple projects.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of cybersecurity, network security, or security architecture experience.
• Hands-on experience implementing and managing Netskope solutions.
• Strong understanding of:
  • SSE/SASE
  • Zero Trust Architecture
  • Cloud Security
  • DLP
  • SaaS Security
  • Identity and Access Management
• Experience working within Azure and modern cloud environments.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical teams and executive stakeholders.
• Experience supporting financial services, fintech, or other highly regulated environments is strongly preferred.
