Support custom APEX plug-in development and demonstrate familiarity with Oracle BI Publisher/Analytics Cloud and compliance frameworks (CIPA, FERPA, HIPAA, etc.). - Implement and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication/authorization using Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) and OCID.

Job Summary: Senior Oracle APEX Developer (Expert)

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of secure, modular, and responsive Oracle APEX applications.
- Develop complex, efficient PL/SQL code (procedures, functions, packages, triggers) to support business logic.
- Design and optimize Oracle database objects (tables, views, indexes, materialized views, constraints).
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders in client-facing solution design sessions.
- Drive performance tuning, SQL/PLSQL optimization, and security hardening for applications and database.
- Integrate APEX applications with external systems using REST APIs, JSON/XML, and secure data exchange.
- Establish and enforce development standards for modularity, reusability, and maintainability; conduct code reviews and ensure documentation.
- Support Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) migration, upgrades, patches, and adoption of new features.
- Act as escalation point for complex production issues, especially related to authentication and security.
- Utilize GitHub-based workflows and GitOps practices for automation, code management, and secure deployments.
- Promote team knowledge sharing through collaboration and technical leadership.

- Ensure compliance with application security frameworks, encryption standards, and regulatory guidelines.
- Provide guidance in performance tuning, DevOps automation, and advanced APEX component usage.

- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, supporting iterative, agile-style development.
