Serve as a Senior IT Project Manager overseeing approximately 15 complex, high-impact Medicaid projects. - Develop, manage, and maintain integrated project plans covering scope, schedules, risks, communication, and change control.

- Serve as a Senior IT Project Manager overseeing approximately 15 complex, high-impact Medicaid projects.
- Provide critical technical implementation support for major Medicaid use cases funded by federal CMS and NC Medicaid.
- Coordinate and ensure effective oversight between state teams and vendor project managers.
- Support internal HIEA team with project management needs.
- Develop, manage, and maintain integrated project plans covering scope, schedules, risks, communication, and change control.
- Ensure all Medicaid and clinical requirements are clarified, impacts assessed, and UAT issues tracked and resolved.
- Oversee vendor implementation projects to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Deliver regular project status reports highlighting progress, risks, issues, and key decisions to stakeholders.
- Minimize risks of project delays and cost overruns through strong project execution and oversight.
