Job Summary (Full Stack Developer NC Dept. of Health and Human Services):

- Serve as a Full Stack Developer for the Medicaid Enterprise System Project.
- Design, develop, and maintain mission-critical web portal and enterprise applications.
- Utilize Angular, React.js, Java/JEE, Spring Boot, and related frameworks for application development.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs, web services (REST, SOAP), and implement SAML SSO in React.
- Work with AWS Cloud architecture, deployment, and application servers (WebSphere, Tomcat).
- Apply strong skills in front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, SCSS), back-end (Java, Spring, JEE), and database (Oracle, DB2, MS SQL Server).
- Develop, test, debug, and document software solutions across the full stack.
- Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Collaborate with project managers, team members, and stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Use Agile methodologies for project delivery and participate or lead Agile teams.
- Ensure application security, scalability, and adherence to best practices and design patterns.
- Provide accurate effort estimates and deliver on project commitments.
- Prepare and maintain system documentation, technical specifications, and flowcharts.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Preferably have experience with MMIS subsystems and cloud deployment.
