NC OSHR - HCM Business Analyst

Lead Role in HCM : Serve in a leadership position focused on Human Capital Management (HCM), providing design, configuration, testing, and deployment of cloud-based HR solutions. - Workday HCM Expertise : Demonstrate advanced skills and hands-on experience with Workday Human Capital Management, including talent management modules.

Job Summary (List Format):

- Lead Role in HCM: Serve in a leadership position focused on Human Capital Management (HCM), providing design, configuration, testing, and deployment of cloud-based HR solutions.
- Workday HCM Expertise: Demonstrate advanced skills and hands-on experience with Workday Human Capital Management, including talent management modules.
- HR Practices & Compliance: Possess deep knowledge of HR practices, industry compliance regulations, and best practices.
- Organizational Understanding: Gain and apply comprehensive understanding of organizational management, culture, and role structure, especially within state agencies (public sector experience preferred).
- Solution Design & Integration: Lead solution design and configuration, data mapping, reporting, and integration with HR and IT systems.
- Collaboration: Work closely and collaboratively with HR business owners, IT developers, project managers, and cross-functional teams.
- Communication: Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders; facilitate and lead meetings and discussions.
- Education: Hold a bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, computer science, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Experience: Bring at least 7 years of relevant experience in a lead HCM role, and at least 5 years specifically with Workday HCM solutions.
- Public Sector Experience: Public sector (government) experience is highly desired.
- Talent Management: Experience with talent management processes and Workday modules is desired.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in configuration, reporting tools, data mapping, and integration technologies related to HCM systems.
- Remote Work: Ability to work remotely as required.
- Compliance: Adhere to client and vendor requirements regarding absences, work location, subcontracting, outsourcing, rate limits, and payment terms.
