NC DEQ - Power Platform Developer

5+ years: Power Platform workflows/business rules, Model Driven Apps architecture/security, Dynamics CRM/365, C#, JavaScript, solution management, advanced customizations. - Configure field customizations, including calculated fields, rollup fields, global option sets, alternate keys, and field-level security.

Job Summary (Power Platform Developer NC DEQ Permitting Transformation Program):

- Collaborate with technical teams, subject matter experts, and business stakeholders to analyze and translate business requirements into functional Power Platform solutions.
- Work as part of a cohesive team alongside architects, developers (Power Platform, UX, portal), and project managers to develop multiple solutions concurrently.
- Design, develop, and implement Power Platform solutions (including MS Dynamics) to meet organizational business objectives, primarily within the Government Cloud (GCC).
- Deliver training and create documentation for business users to ensure adoption and understanding of delivered solutions.
- Engage with other development groups to leverage shared functionality and reusable components.
- Create, manage, and configure solution components in Power Platform, including publishers, versions, and both managed and unmanaged solutions.
- Customize Dynamics forms, views, charts, dashboards, and themes to meet business needs.
- Manage and configure Dynamics entities, ownership, properties, and both system and custom entities.
- Configure field customizations, including calculated fields, rollup fields, global option sets, alternate keys, and field-level security.
- Implement and manage entity relationships, cascading rules, hierarchical data, entity mapping, and connections.
- Configure and implement business rules, workflows, dialogs, custom actions, and business process flows with conditional branching and role-driven logic.
- Perform advanced customizations using JavaScript, web resources, plugins, C#, and PCF custom controls (with Typescript).
- Design and build form structures, including specialized components, access teams, and sub-grids, as well as navigation and mobile client customizations.
- Support solution management through the full SDLC for Model Driven Apps.
- (Desired) Work with Power Apps Portals or The Portal Connector.
- (Highly Desired) Hold professional certifications in Dynamics.
- Experience with enterprise-level solutions and secure architecture is expected.
