Summary

BlueLinx is looking for a motivated National Accounts Representative - Retail to help support and grow relationships with some of our largest retail customers. As part of our high-performing inside National Accounts team, youll partner across the organization to deliver an exceptional customer experience and drive sales growth. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the building products industry and big-box retail while building a strong foundation for future career growth within BlueLinx.

What You'll Do:

• Be a key point of contact for our national retail customers, providing timely product information and support.
• Build strong customer relationships while identifying opportunities to grow sales and expand our business.
• Partner with teammates across the organization to ensure were delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Help solve customer issues by researching concerns, coordinating solutions, and following through to ensure satisfaction.
• Proactively reach out to customers to promote BlueLinx products, programs, and value-added services.
• Serve as an advocate for our customers, helping connect their needs with the right resources and solutions within BlueLinx.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Recent graduate or early-career professional (0-2 years of experience).
• Strong communicator who is comfortable on the phone, Microsoft Teams, and email.
• Natural problem solver who takes ownership and follows issues through to resolution.
• Sales-minded with a passion for building relationships and driving growth.
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable and responsive, with a commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, and the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.

BlueLinx is one of America's largest distributors of building products, with over 70,000 branded and private-label SKUs. Headquartered in Marietta, Georgia, we have over 2,000 associates and distribute our comprehensive range of structural and specialty products to approximately 15,000 national, regional, and local dealers, as well as specialty distributors, national home centers, industrial, and manufactured housing customers.

The salary range provided is a good-faith estimate based on the position requirements and market data. Actual compensation will depend on factors including experience, qualifications, skills, geographic location, and other job-related considerations. BlueLinx also offers a comprehensive benefits package including health care, dental, vision, life and disability insurance starting the first day of the month, 15 days of paid time off that start accruing your first day, and 8 paid holidays per year.
