Napa EXL Recruitment Leader

The Recruitment Leader will raise awareness of national service while strengthening AmeriCorps EXL member recruitment and retention. Key responsibilities include: • Master program timelines, application processes, and recruitment needs. • Develop and implement strategic recruitment action plans and outreach strategies. • Expand outreach via community partnerships, presentations, college career fairs, and events. • Build social media presence through active posting, content creation, and partner coordination. • Design marketing materials and track recruitment/outreach data outcomes. • Coordinate with regional programs and engage alumni to promote National Service. • Participate in staff meetings, required trainings, development opportunities, and AmeriCorps events. • Join California Days of Action and National Service Days throughout the term.
