Description

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $65.00hr - $70.00hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 5+ years of overall IT experience.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Naehas Offer Management.
  • 3+ years of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development experience.
  • Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or Credit Card domains preferred.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Configure and develop Naehas offer management solutions, including offer setup, metadata, business rules, segmentation, disclosures, and workflows.
  • Design and implement offer eligibility, personalization, approval workflows, and governance controls.
  • Develop AEM components, templates, Experience Fragments, Content Fragments, and DAM integrations.
  • Build integrations between Naehas, AEM, customer data sources, CRM systems, and downstream fulfillment platforms.
  • Develop REST APIs, batch interfaces, data feeds, and orchestration services.
  • Participate in solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
  • Support content migration, offer migration, and platform modernization initiatives.
  • Collaborate with business, marketing, architecture, and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, defect resolution, and deployment support.
  • Prepare technical documentation, design specifications, and operational runbooks.
