This role is critical in securing, customizing, and managing product logistics for major brand event initiatives across North America. Based out of Los Angeles, the Event Product Manager will ensure seamless execution, from product creation to on-site activation, driving impact across key brand moments. This position requires regular travel to support on-site event execution, primarily within the United States.
Cross-Functional Product Collaboration: Collaborate with key product partners to bring unique product experiences to activations; build strong partnerships with NA Sports Marketing, NA Brand Marketing, Brand Creative, RBE, and Merchandising to align on KPIs and business objectives.
Project & Assortment Management: Drive project management associated with securing product assortments tailored to events, activations, and talent. Partner cross-functionally to develop and execute exit strategies for excess product post-event.
Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination: Oversee coordination of product shipping, logistics, and delivery timelines by working closely with allocations and distribution centers to ensure on-time event arrival.
Customization Workflow: Manage the customization workflow, including graphics creation and approval, tech pack creation, SKU adjustments, hangtags, and vendor coordination as needed.
Talent & Staff Outfitting: Lead all product and outfitting needs for talent, athletes, ambassadors, and event staff, collaborating closely with Sports Marketing, styling, sourcing, and logistics teams to ensure premium execution.
Event Travel & On-Site Execution: Travel and provide hands-on, on-site support for brand events across North America as required.
Market Trends: Stay ahead of consumer trends, industry insights, and experiential marketing strategies to enhance how product shows up at event experiences and drives brand relevance.
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience: 5+ years of merchant and buying experience, with a heavy preference and high value placed on a background in apparel retail merchandising.
Travel Mobility: Willingness and ability to travel and be on-site for events across North America roughly 1 2 times per quarter (Note: 90% of events are located within the US).
Project Management: Proven success in leading large-scale, highly complex, cross-functional projects.
Systems & Tools: Experience in RMS or product order/delivery systems is highly valuable. Adobe Illustrator skills are a nice-to-have.
