Multifamily Superintendent - Ft. Myers

Seeking a Superintendent to lead a large-scale multifamily project in Fort Myers, FL. This role is ideal for a hands-on construction leader with strong ground-up experience and the ability to drive project execution, safety, quality, and team performance.

Description

* Oversee daily site operations for a 5-story multifamily development valued at approximately $40M
* Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics to maintain project milestones
* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
* Lead project teams and maintain clear communication with stakeholders
* Manage project delivery from construction through closeout activities

Profile

* Proven experience as a Superintendent on ground-up construction projects
* Strong knowledge of concrete, block, and structural construction methods
* Ability to lead teams and maintain accountability on site
* Experience managing subcontractors, schedules, and project budgets
* Multifamily experience preferred but not required with strong ground-up expertise

Job Offer

Salary: $120,000-$130,000 + benefits
