Description

  • Manage all aspects of multifamily construction projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, and engineers to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, and quality control measures.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and construction regulations.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues.
  • Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships effectively.
  • Resolve any project-related challenges promptly and efficiently.
