Multifamily Gc Project Manager

Michael Page is hiring for a role in the property industry in Syracuse.

Job Description

Manage all aspects of multifamily construction projects from start to finish. Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, and engineers to ensure project specifications are met. Oversee project budgets, schedules, and quality control measures. Ensure compliance with safety standards and construction regulations. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues. Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders. Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships effectively. Resolve any project-related challenges promptly and efficiently.
