Job TitleWorking for a reputable General Contractor based out of Houston, TXStrong pipeline of multifamily projects throughout TexasJob DescriptionSupport Project Managers in the successful delivery of multifamily and hospitality construction projects. Manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contracts. Coordinate with owners, architects, subcontractors, and field teams to keep projects on schedule and within budget. Assist with project scheduling, cost tracking, procurement, and reporting. Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance. Support project closeout activities and maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships. Experience working on multifamily or hospitality construction projects. Multifamily renovation or rehabilitation experience is strongly preferred. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred. Strong communication, organization, and project coordination skills. Willingness to travel throughout Texas as project needs require including Houston, Central Texas, Dallas-Fort Worth, and other regional project locations.What's on OfferBase salary up to $90,000 (DOE).
