**Position Overview**
The role involves supporting production activities across stamping, welding, and assembly lines. Candidates are assessed and categorized at varying skill levels—A, B, or C—depending on their experience and performance on a benchmark assessment. This position offers a pathway to enhance technical skills in an enriching work setting.
**Core Duties**
- Rigorously follow all safety protocols and standards on the production floor.
- Maintain and repair equipment to peak quality standards.
- Team up with colleagues to boost operational productivity and efficiency.
- Play an active role in achieving production targets through preemptive maintenance.
- Use PLC software to modify and adjust programs, handle drive programming, and automate processes (dependent on skill level).
- Tackle sophisticated PLC programming and manage project-centric maintenance tasks.
- Engage with servo motors and manage communication protocols as needed.
**Essential Qualifications**
- Proven expertise in varied maintenance roles, validated by a comprehensive skill assessment.
- Competency in PLC software, including writing, revising, and troubleshooting programs.
- Ability to read, follow, and interpret instructions and directions in English effectively.
