You'll work in a bustling environment featuring stamping, welding, and assembly operations, with a focus on ensuring top-notch maintenance and repairs. Depending on your experience, you will be classified into one of three skill levels (A, B, or C) based on your performance in a comprehensive evaluation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Adhering to strict safety guidelines and maintaining high-quality standards during all repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Collaborating with fellow team members to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
- Proactively supporting daily and weekly production goals through routine maintenance.
- Utilizing PLC software for program modifications, adjustments, drive programming, and robot programming tailored to your skill level.
- Navigating complex project-based maintenance and PLC programming assignments.
- Engaging with servo motor systems and communication protocols such as switches and Ethernet.
We need professionals with:
- Proven expertise in maintenance technician roles, validated through a specialized Multi-Craft assessment.
- In-depth knowledge of PLC software and the ability to develop, adjust, and troubleshoot control programs.
- Strong English language skills for effective communication and comprehension.
- Consistent adherence to safety protocols, including the use of required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- A flexible approach to take on additional responsibilities within the role.
