Role Overview:
- Develop innovative, centralized solutions for data collection, management, and reporting using Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Pages, Dataverse).
- Focus on building applications to support both internal staff and external stakeholders.
- Emphasis on data architecture, system integration, and scalable application development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable applications using Power Apps (Canvas, Pages, Model-Driven Apps).
- Build and configure secure, user-friendly portals with Power Pages/Canvas for both internal and external users.
- Develop and manage data models in Microsoft Dataverse for structured data collection.
- Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database structures to support integration and reporting needs.
- Implement role-based access control and data security for all users.
- Conduct application testing, debugging, and tuning for performance.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for system architecture, data models, and processes.
- Implement SQL database connectors within Dataverse to enable PowerApps to query local SQL databases and automate user verification.
- Deliver training and support to business users.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in MS Power Platform development and implementation.
- Proficiency with PowerApps, MS Pages, and Dataverse.
- Strong knowledge of SQL database structures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Effective task prioritization and time management abilities.

Preferred/Desired Qualifications:
- Microsoft Certification: Power Platform Developer Associate (highly desired).
- Experience contributing to public health infrastructure development is a plus.
