Salary Range: $48- $50 an hour on W2 /C2C

We are seeking an experienced Client Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with 6 8+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM/Customer Engagement (CE), CRM data models, business processes, and cloud-based integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain Client Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement (CE) solutions.
• Work with CRM entities, relationships, forms, views, workflows, business rules, and other Dynamics 365 components.
• Understand and implement CRM data models and business processes based on functional requirements.
• Develop and support integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and external applications.
• Leverage Client Azure services for cloud-native integrations and CRM solutions.
• Troubleshoot application, integration, and data-related issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver CRM solutions.
• Participate in solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Follow development standards and best practices for Dynamics 365 and Azure-based solutions.

Required Skills

1. Client Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement (CE)
2. Strong understanding of CRM Data Model and business processes
3. Experience developing and customizing Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
4. Strong understanding of CRM entities, relationships, workflows, and configurations
5. Experience with CRM integrations and data exchange
6. Good understanding of cloud technologies and enterprise application integration

Preferred Skills

• Client Azure services
• Azure-based/cloud-native integrations
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with Azure services
• Knowledge of modern CRM integration patterns and architecture

Education & Experience

• B.Tech Degree
• 6 8+ years of overall IT experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Client Dynamics 365 CRM / CE
• Experience working with enterprise CRM implementations and integrations
