Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Engineer to support and enhance a mission-critical CRM and Contact Center environment.
Salary/Hourly Rate: $50/hr - $65/hr
Position Overview: The Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Engineer will serve as a technical owner of an enterprise Dynamics 365 CRM and Contact Center platform and the surrounding Microsoft Power Platform environment. This role is highly hands-on and will focus on custom development, integrations, platform enhancements, and technical architecture.
Responsibilities of the Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Engineer:- Own solution architecture, custom development, and enhancements within Dynamics 365 CRM and Contact Center.
- Develop custom solutions using C#, JavaScript, .NET, and the Dynamics 365 SDK.
- Build and maintain plugins and custom workflows.
- Develop solutions across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, and Power Virtual Agents.
- Design and support integrations with Azure services, APIs, and third-party applications.
- Manage deployments and source control through Azure DevOps.
- Support platform performance, security, role-based access, and data integrity.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide escalated platform support.
- Maintain technical documentation and engineering standards.
- Partner with technical and business stakeholders on platform enhancements.
- Support SharePoint integrations and emerging Microsoft AI capabilities.
Required Experience/Skills for the Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Engineer:- 5+ years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Dynamics CRM experience.
- Strong custom development experience using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and the Dynamics 365 SDK.
- Experience developing Dynamics 365 plugins and custom workflows.
- Strong Microsoft Power Platform experience, particularly Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with Azure services and APIs.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps for deployments and source control.
- Working knowledge of SQL Server, relational data modeling, and ETL.
- Strong understanding of CRM development principles, SDLC, and SaaS best practices.
- Ability to take technical ownership of a Dynamics 365 environment.
- Ability to travel regularly.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Engineer:- Dynamics 365 Contact Center experience.
- Power BI, Power Pages, and Power Virtual Agents experience.
- Microsoft Copilot or Contact Center AI experience.
- SharePoint Online administration.
- Okta identity integration experience.
- Stripe payment integration experience.
- Experience working within a nonprofit environment.
- Microsoft certifications such as PL-600, PL-400, or MB-210.
Education Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
