    Specialty Motorsports is looking for an experienced, motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales team and help drive continued growth at one of the region’s premier specialty motorcycle dealerships.

    THE ROLE

    The Sales Manager will oversee day-to-day sales operations, lead and develop the sales team, manage customer relationships, and ensure the dealership consistently meets or exceeds sales and profitability goals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead, motivate, and hold the sales team accountable to monthly and annual goals
    • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation through delivery
    • Monitor sales performance, closing ratios, gross profit, and other key metrics
    • Train and coach sales staff to improve performance and customer experience
    • Work directly with customers on high-value motorcycle and specialty vehicle purchases
    • Manage internet leads, phone leads, walk-in traffic, and follow-up processes
    • Ensure leads are followed up with consistently and professionally
    • Assist sales staff with negotiations and closing difficult deals
    • Develop strategies to increase sales volume, gross profit, and customer retention
    • Work closely with management, finance, parts, and service departments
    • Maintain a professional, energetic, and customer-focused showroom environment
    • Ensure dealership policies and sales procedures are consistently followed
    • Participate in inventory planning, pricing strategy, promotions, and sales events
    • Track results and make data-driven decisions to improve department performance
    WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

    The ideal candidate is an experienced sales professional and proven leader who can take ownership of a sales department and produce results.

    Preferred qualifications:

    • Previous sales management experience, preferably in powersports, automotive, motorcycles, luxury vehicles, or another high-ticket sales environment IS A MUST
    • Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales goals
    • Strong closing and negotiation skills
    • Excellent communication and customer-service skills
    • Ability to recruit, train, motivate, and manage a sales team
    • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
    • Comfortable working with sales metrics and performance reports
    • Professional appearance and demeanor
    • Strong work ethic and sense of accountability
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment
    • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
