The position combines consulting, sales coaching, and hands-on technical training to help service teams adopt scalable, profitable business models while improving customer experience and operational performance.
This is a highly visible, field-based role requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution—working directly with leadership while also training technicians in real-world environments.
