About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Communications Manager to join our growing U.S. Communications team at Galderma. In this role, you will contribute to executing a corporate communications strategy that strengthens our external profile, keeps employees connected to the business, and builds visibility around the scientific and clinical work happening across our three business units.

Responsibilities

• Execute proactive earned media, corporate announcements, and reputation-building initiatives in partnership with our corporate communications agency.
• Develop press materials, corporate messaging, and executive visibility plans, ensuring consistency across all external-facing content.
• Write leadership messages, organizational updates, and executive content for both worker-facing and external settings.
• Partner with the Congress and Events team to build awareness of their programs across external and internal audiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, English, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5-7 years in corporate, external, internal, or executive communications.
• Demonstrated experience developing executive and corporate content with limited oversight.
• Strong PowerPoint and presentation-development skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, dermatology, medical aesthetics, consumer health, or another regulated industry.
• Supporting senior executives across worker-facing and external settings.
