Description

The Mission Critical Project Manager will have overall responsibility for the successful execution of data center and other critical facility construction projects. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, overseeing project strategy, financial performance, risk management, contract administration, scheduling, quality assurance, and team leadership from preconstruction through project closeout and commissioning.

Description

  • Lead and coordinate all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and consultants to achieve project goals.
  • Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.
  • Manage procurement processes, including selecting and negotiating with vendors.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.

Profile

A successful Mission Critical Project Manager should have:
