Manage custom millwork and architectural fabrication projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Establish and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.

Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project success.

Review and manage field dimensions, architectural drawings, shop drawings, submittals, and project documentation.

Monitor project scope, labor impacts, scheduling, and cost considerations.

Oversee delivery, assembly, installation, and millwork activities throughout the project lifecycle.

Maintain organized project records and documentation.

Communicate project updates, expectations, risks, and solutions with all stakeholders.

Identify and resolve project delays, issues, and execution challenges proactively.

Ensure compliance with OSHA standards, governmental regulations, and company safety policies.

Support project closeout activities to ensure successful completion and client satisfaction.

A successful Project Manager should have:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager within millwork, architectural fabrication, or commercial construction environments.

Strong understanding of custom millwork manufacturing, architectural fabrication, and installation processes.

Proven ability to manage project scope, schedules, multiple stakeholders, and complex project deliverables.

Strong business acumen and project planning capabilities.

Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.

Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments.

$80,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience and project background.
