Project Manager

Job Description

Manage projects through the full lifecycle, from project kickoff to final completion and closeout.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong communication and customer satisfaction throughout the project.

Develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules, budgets, timelines, and deliverables.

Review project drawings, specifications, and documentation to ensure alignment with client expectations and project requirements.

Identify project risks, resolve issues proactively, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.

Monitor project progress and ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are met.

The Successful Applicant

5+ years of Project Management experience within construction, millwork, architectural fabrication, commercial interiors, casework, or a related industry.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Strong understanding of project scheduling, construction documentation, shop drawings, and installation coordination.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to effectively engage clients and project stakeholders.

Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

Ability to prioritize competing deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work.

Experience working closely with manufacturing, construction, or field installation teams is highly preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
