Millwork Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial construction and millwork projects from initial kickoff through final closeout. This role is responsible for coordinating internal teams, clients, vendors, and field personnel to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

Description

• Project Management: Manage projects through the full lifecycle, from project kickoff to final completion and closeout.

• Team Leadership: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong communication and customer satisfaction throughout the project.

• Schedule Management: Develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules, budgets, timelines, and deliverables.

• Documentation: Review project drawings, specifications, and documentation to ensure alignment with client expectations and project requirements.

• Safety Compliance: Identify project risks, resolve issues proactively, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.

• Quality Control: Monitor project progress and ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are met.

Profile

• 5+ years of Project Management experience within construction, millwork, architectural fabrication, commercial interiors, casework, or a related industry.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong understanding of project scheduling, construction documentation, shop drawings, and installation coordination.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to effectively engage clients and project stakeholders.

• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to prioritize competing deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work.

• Experience working closely with manufacturing, construction, or field installation teams is highly preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
