Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with dealer partners to achieve sales goals and shared business objectives

  • Create and execute strategic plans that help dealer networks expand market reach and drive revenue growth

  • Travel regularly to dealer locations to provide hands-on training, support, and performance evaluations

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the print, sign, and packaging industries

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment on dealer needs, strategy, and company goals

  • Use CRM tools to accurately track dealer interactions, sales opportunities, and performance metrics

  • Prepare and present clear, insightful reports on dealer performance, forecasts, and market trends

  • Represent Summa America at industry trade shows, dealer meetings, and events, helping strengthen brand visibility and relationships

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered

  • 3+ years of experience in channel management or a related role, ideally within the print, sign, or packaging industries

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with strong Excel and reporting skills

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools

  • Proven success working with dealer distribution networks

  • Self-motivated, organized, and effective at managing time independently
