Key Responsibilities
Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with dealer partners to achieve sales goals and shared business objectives
Create and execute strategic plans that help dealer networks expand market reach and drive revenue growth
Travel regularly to dealer locations to provide hands-on training, support, and performance evaluations
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the print, sign, and packaging industries
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment on dealer needs, strategy, and company goals
Use CRM tools to accurately track dealer interactions, sales opportunities, and performance metrics
Prepare and present clear, insightful reports on dealer performance, forecasts, and market trends
Represent Summa America at industry trade shows, dealer meetings, and events, helping strengthen brand visibility and relationships
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
3+ years of experience in channel management or a related role, ideally within the print, sign, or packaging industries
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with strong Excel and reporting skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools
Proven success working with dealer distribution networks
Self-motivated, organized, and effective at managing time independently
