    Lead the strategy, performance, Microsoft 365 and Azure environments. You'll guide a high impact engineering team, stay hands on with complex cloud challenges, and shape a secure, scalable, modern cloud ecosystem that fuels business growth.

    What You'll Do
    • Lead and develop a top tier Microsoft 365/Azure engineering team
    • Own the health, security, and roadmap for M365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID)
    • Drive Azure architecture, optimization, cost management, and operational excellence
    • Partner across Cybersecurity, applications, and architecture to deliver resilient cloud solutions
    • Ensure high availability, strong governance, and best practice cloud operations
    • Translate new Microsoft innovations into business value
    What You Bring
    • 7+ years hands on Microsoft 365 & Azure experience
    • 5+ years leading technical teams
    • Strong identity, security, networking, and cloud operations expertise
    • Financial acumen for cloud spends
    • Azure/M365/Security certification a plus
