Microbiology / Molecular Laboratory Supervisor – Full Time

We are seeking a Micro/Molecular Laboratory Supervisor to oversee high-complexity testing operations.

Schedule:
Full-time, rotating shifts

Responsibilities:

• Supervise microbiology and molecular testing operations
• Ensure quality control and regulatory compliance
• Train and support laboratory staff
• Monitor workflow and operational efficiency

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field
• ASCP certification preferred
• Prior microbiology or molecular lab experience required
