Job Description:
Develops and implements effective marketing and business development plans.
Markets opportunities to potential candidates.
Creates and manages the annual marketing and business development budget.
Projects budgetary needs and monitors expenditures.
Leads the collection, analysis, documentation, and coordination of business development projects.
Trains, coaches, and evaluates associates on performance expectations.
Establishes and maintains relationships with stakeholders and business partners to provide solutions.
Collaborates with appropriate departments to develop effective marketing and business development strategies.
Manages day-to-day functions and demonstrates independent judgment and creativity.
Builds strong relationships to advance departmental goals and vision.
Supports media activities, including interacting with media and facilitating requests.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint, and Word [Required]
Strong coordination and project management skills [Required]
Ability to supervise and manage business development initiatives [Required]
Ability to understand, interpret and apply detailed and complex information [Required]
Effective interpersonal and active listening skills [Required]
Ability to conduct performance reviews and provide input for human resource decisions such as hiring, promotions and disciplinary actions [Required]
