Support engineering activities with offline metrology systems for Cell Manufacturing department
Operate, conduct measurements, and document data using offline metrology tools on manufacturing samples
Modifying offline metrology tools for engineering to accommodate measurements
Independently document procedures, cross-train across areas, and drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, output, and uptime
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Optics, Mechatronics, Materials, Mechanical, etc.) or equivalent experience
Hands-on experience in OQC, IQC, metrology and characterization for battery, semiconductor, optics, or small-scale manufacturing
Experience with operating and troubleshooting manufacturing, assembly, and metrology equipment
Ability to read and interpret blueprints (mechanical and electrical)
Excellent at documentation and reporting processes/procedures for manufacturing, maintenance, quality control, etc.
Familiarity with metrology tools (basic quality tools) and, with a strong desire to learn new techniques during the development stage
Essential Physical Demands:
Ability to stand and walk for up to 12 hours a day, including over varied and uneven terrain
Frequently and repetitively, lift, push and carry up to 35 lbs., including the ability to carry 20 lbs. up and down stairs
Frequently and repetitively, bend, lift and reach
Stoop, lay, bend, reach, squat, kneel, crouch, twist and crawl for extended periods of time, including up to 12 hours a day
Ability to find issues in a work process and receive safety signals using sight, touch, or hearing
Wearing Personal Protective Equipment, including but not limited to: PAPR, safety glasses, safety shoes, bump caps, and adhering to prescribed safety rules and guidelines

Expected Compensation
$24.40 - $65.40/hour + cash and stock awards + benefits
