Lead Mep On Landmark ProjectsCoordinate and manage all MEP systems for construction projects. Review and approve MEP designs and specifications. Work closely with contractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Monitor MEP installation to ensure it meets quality standards and project requirements. Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies during the construction process. Collaborate with project managers and other teams to maintain project timelines and budgets. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Provide technical expertise and support to the team as needed.A national construction company in Dallas operating within the large commercial and data center industry.A successful MEP Manager should have: Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in construction.
