MEP Engineer

They are currently seeking a skilled MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) Engineer to join their dynamic team.

Job Title: MEP Engineer
Location: Worcester / Central Massachusetts
Compensation:
- Salary: $120K - $150K, based on experience
- Benefits: Health, dental, vision insurance, PTO, and holidays
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage MEP systems for construction projects, ensuring they meet design specifications and safety standards.
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and address any MEP-related issues.
- Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and other stakeholders to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into overall project plans.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and field teams.
- Review and validate technical drawings and specifications for MEP systems.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and installation of MEP components.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering or a related field.
- Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems and their integration into construction projects.
- Previous experience as a Pipe Fitter or similar role is a plus.
- Ability to travel to various job sites across Massachusetts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Open to both junior candidates with solid technical knowledge and seasoned professionals with extensive experience.
