With a strong backlog of work and continued growth, they are looking to add an experienced Project Manager to help lead projects ranging from renovations and tenant improvements to ground-up construction assignments.
Description
- Manage construction projects from preconstruction through completion
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle
- Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders
- Review and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
- Monitor project costs and proactively identify opportunities to mitigate risk
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards
- Support field teams and collaborate closely with Superintendents to drive successful project execution
Profile
- 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction
- Experience managing projects within Life Sciences, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, MEP, Infrastructure, or related sectors
- Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project priorities simultaneously
