Solutions by Kintura is seeking a compassionate and dependable PRN Memory Care Program Assistant to join our team at the Memory Care Center!

Our Memory Care Center provides a welcoming, supportive environment for individuals living with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia. Our team builds meaningful relationships with participants while providing engaging activities, personalized care, and support for their families.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with older adults and is looking for a flexible, as-needed schedule with no weekends or holidays!

Schedule

• PRN (As Needed)

• Monday–Friday, based on staffing needs

• No weekends or holidays required!

What You'll Do

• Assist participants with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including grooming, toileting, eating, and other personal care needs.

• Provide a warm, welcoming experience during participant arrivals and departures.

• Encourage and assist participants with daily activities, exercise, walks, and social engagement.

• Help prepare and serve snacks and refreshments.

• Review participant care notes and communicate important updates with team members.

• Maintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment.

• Respect participant privacy and maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• At least one year of experience working with older adults, including individuals living with dementia.

• Completion of an approved Nurse Aide Training program and active listing on the NC Nurse Aide Registry preferred.

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable individuals who enjoy building relationships.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
