We're looking for a Membership Strategy Senior Manager to help strengthen what makes Crunchyroll membership valuable: why fans join, what keeps them coming back, and how we deliver more value across our growing fan ecosystem.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Membership Strategy within our Chief Strategy Officer organization, you'll lead major strategic workstreams, evaluate membership opportunities, and turn analysis into clear recommendations that inform business decisions. You'll translate membership priorities into actionable plans and work closely with leaders across SVOD Strategy, Commerce, Games, Digital Manga, Product, Finance, and our regional markets to build alignment across the business.
We are considering applicants available to work a hybrid schedule, with three days each week onsite at our Los Angeles office.
The Strategy team sits within the Chief Strategy Officer organization, with the VP of Strategy reporting directly to the CSO. The team owns Crunchyroll's enterprise strategy, membership strategy, and SVOD strategy, along with the fan, competitor, and market research that grounds them. It is tasked with shaping Crunchyroll's long-term direction and helping orchestrate how the company unlocks value, fuels growth, and inspires deeper avidity for Crunchyroll among anime fans worldwide.
