What Youll Do- Provide high-quality nursing care to Medical-Surgical patients in a fast-paced hospital environment
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and update care plans
- Float within units as needed, adhering to patient acuity levels
- Utilize Epic electronic health records for documentation and communication
- Respond to urgent needs during night shifts, ensuring patient safety and comfort
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
What You Need- Current Ohio RN license and BLS certification
- At least one year of Medical-Surgical nursing experience
- Skilled in IV starts, with Epic EMR experience
- Ability to work night shifts and float between units
- Telemetry experience preferred but not required
- Previous travel nursing experience is a plus
