What You’ll Do:

• Be the first face our patients see — warm, welcoming, and professional
  
  
• Schedule and confirm appointments across multiple specialties
  
  
• Check patients in and out, verify insurance, and collect copays
  
  
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and direct calls with poise
  
  
• Assist patients with paperwork and ensure seamless clinic flow
  
  
• Keep the front desk area organized and patient-ready at all times
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments
  
  
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with EMR systems (NextGen a plus)
  
  
• Previous experience in healthcare or customer service preferred
  
  
• Detail-oriented with a great attitude and work ethic
  
  
• Bilingual? Even better — but not required
