• Performing testing across multiple areas of the laboratory

• Troubleshooting instruments and resolving routine issues
• Maintaining quality standards and regulatory compliance
• Working closely with fellow laboratory professionals to support patient care

• MLS/MT certification (ASCP or equivalent)
• Clinical laboratory experience preferred
• Generalist experience is highly valued
