You Are...

• A US-licensed DVM or equivalent
• An experienced veterinarian ready to step into leadership or an established Medical Director seeking a new opportunity
• Passionate about developing people and supporting team growth
• Confident in diagnostics, treatment planning, surgery, and client communication
• A collaborative leader who values transparency, mentorship, and teamwork
• Excited to help shape the future of a practice while continuing to practice medicine

Compensation Details

Our base salary range is from $140,000- 160,000 based on experience and production capabilities. We have pro-sal and salary options and we're open to offering a sign-on bonus or relocation package. We can be creative with your total compensation package so that you get the things you need to be able to come join us!
