Compensation:
Pay Range: $170,000-$260,000 Per Year

Description:
• This full-time position is based in Trenton, NJ, and involves leading clinical operations within a community health setting. 
• The role requires a strong focus on patient care management and involves working with a team of healthcare professionals. 
• The successful candidate will have experience in clinical leadership and be well-versed in healthcare standards and regulations.

Requirements:
• MD or DO from an accredited institution
• Active, unrestricted license to practice medicine in New Jersey
• Board certification in a primary care specialty
• Five years of clinical, academic, or administrative experience
• Valid driver's license
• Strong community health or public health orientation
• Knowledge of clinical procedures, regulations, and healthcare standards

Qualifications:
• Experience in Federally Qualified Health Center or community health center
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Additional certification in healthcare leadership or administration preferred
• Experience with electronic medical records systems preferred
