Qualifications

Review departmental operational metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
Review and monitor key clinical performance indicators, including:
Length of stay
Door-to-provider times
Left without being seen (LWBS) rates
Admission and transfer metrics
Return visits
Patient safety events
Partner with nursing and administrative leadership to improve patient flow, throughput, and resource utilization.
Lead process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency, quality, and patient outcomes.
Monitor productivity, staffing effectiveness, and provider performance.
Participate in strategic planning and growth initiatives for pediatric emergency services.
