    Position SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Medical Assistant to support clinical and medical operations within a fast-paced behavioral health setting.     Responsibilities

    • Assist with client intake, vitals, and medical history documentation
    • Support physicians and nursing staff with clinical procedures
    • Prepare and maintain exam rooms and medical equipment
    • Administer medications as directed and within scope of practice
    • Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR/EHR)
    • Coordinate lab work and specimen collection as needed
    • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations
    • Provide excellent patient care and support throughout treatment
    • Assist with scheduling and coordination of medical appointments
    • Other relevant duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) preferred
    • Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or clinical setting preferred
    • Knowledge of EMR/EHR systems and medical terminology
    • Strong organizational and patient care skills
