Looking to grow your healthcare career? We are seeking a Medical Assistant (Certification Not Required) to join a busy and compassionate Women's Health/Perinatal team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with medical office experience who are passionate about patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Room patients and obtain vital signs
- Perform injections, blood glucose testing, urinalysis, and pregnancy testing
- Assist providers with examinations and OB/GYN procedures
- Document patient information and process lab orders
- Maintain exam rooms, supplies, and equipment
- Support a safe, comfortable, and positive patient experience
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of Medical Assistant experience in a physician office or healthcare setting
- Comfortable working directly with patients in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- OB/GYN experience is a plus but not required
- Certification is not required
