Job Duties and Responsibilities Facilitates seamless patient flow by executing accurate Patient Triage procedures and documenting information in Electronic Health Records (EHR).Obtains precise Vital Signs Measurement data to assist clinical teams in rapid assessment and decision-making.Performs routine procedures including Phlebotomy, safe Injections, and diagnostic Echocardiogram (EKG) tests based on physician orders.Applies extensive Medical Terminology knowledge to communicate effectively with multidisciplinary medical staff and patients.Maintains a safe, compliant, and well-prepared clinical environment ready for immediate patient intake. Required Qualifications Education Completes an accredited Medical Assistant program.Holds a valid AAMA or AMT Certification.Maintains a current CPR Certification. Experience Brings proven experience in ambulatory care or a fast-paced clinic setting.Adapts to diverse clinical environments across for all AZ clinics through contractual assignments. Knowledge/Skills Demonstrates proficiency in clinical skills such as Phlebotomy, Injections, and Echocardiogram (EKG) execution.Navigates Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems with speed and accuracy.Utilizes strong Medical Terminology understanding for precise clinical communication.Executes Patient Triage and Vital Signs Measurement with consistent attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications Brings one or more years of hands-on experience in a multi-specialty medical practice.Demonstrates high flexibility for shift based work schedules. Physical Requirements/Work Conditions Stands, walks, and assists patients for extended periods during daily shifts.Travels as needed to provide coverage for all AZ clinics.Meets the physical demands of a dynamic healthcare setting, including lifting light medical supplies and supporting patient mobility.
