    We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented medical professional to join our primary care team. In this role, you will help support daily patient care, assist clinical staff, and contribute to a positive and efficient care experience. The ideal candidate is organized, patient-focused, and committed to delivering high-quality support in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

    Responsibilities

    • Prepare patients for examination and assist with routine clinical procedures.
    • Record vital signs, update patient information, and maintain accurate medical documentation.
    • Support providers with exam room preparation, supplies, and patient flow.
    • Coordinate scheduling, referrals, and follow-up tasks as needed.
    • Perform basic administrative duties, including phone calls, charting, and record management.
    • Assist with infection control, cleanliness, and general office organization.
    • Provide courteous, professional communication to patients, families, and team members.
    • Complete other related duties as assigned to support the practice.

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Completion of a medical assisting program or relevant clinical training preferred.
    • Prior experience in a primary care or outpatient healthcare setting is a plus.
    • Knowledge of basic medical terminology, vital signs, and patient care procedures.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow established policies and procedures.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

    Preferred Skills

    • Familiarity with electronic health records and medical office systems.
    • Experience with scheduling, patient intake, and front-office support.
    • Comfort working in a busy clinical environment with shifting priorities.
    • Basic proficiency with computers and standard office software.
