Job Summary\n \nUnder supervision of the clinical nurse manager, guided by policies and procedures of the Ambulatory Services, and in collaboration with the Clinical Nursing Staff, the Hospital Assistant II assists in the delivery of care to patients in outpatient behavioral health. Work includes a variety of personal care and clinical procedures including assuring positive care outcomes. They will perform assigned patient care and review of systems data collection in support of the specialty care services provided to patients within the practices. They are required to learn and be able to assist in procedures. They are required to adhere to the Telephone and House Standards as adopted by the Medical Center.\n \nThe final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy.\n \nYour placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF.
