We are seeking an R&D Engineer to develop and validate test methods for advanced heat transfer systems. The R&D engineer executes with collaboration between scientific, engineering, and global test teams to support new product development. The R&D engineer is responsible for tests that characterize thermal, mechanical, electrical, and long-term reliability performance of heat transfer systems.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design and develop test methods to evaluate the thermal, mechanical, electrical, rheological, and reliability performance of heat transfer technologies.
    • Establish, optimize, and validate test protocols using equipment such as thermal test vehicles, thermal analyzers, mechanical compression systems, rheometers, and environmental chambers.
    • Develop and implement automated test sequences and instrument interfaces to improve testing throughput, repeatability, and data integrity.
    • Design and validate prototype fixtures that reproduce customer application conditions.
    • Write technical reports on test development and test results.

    Mechanical & Thermal Characterization
